Tuesday, January 21, 2020 - From Coravin. Sulphur dominates the nose initially. With time and agitation a little red apple and pear shows though with some pear skin bitterness and a little clove. On the palate it's quite sweet and a little cloying but, overall, quite flat. Meh on this taste. Hrmph.
