Saturday, September 1, 2018 - restaurant wine pairing.
light straw/slate color.
Nose initially some sponti, tropical fruits.
Palate rich body yet great acidity, nice melange of stone and tropical fruits; good with a tropical-fruit-flavored dessert of pineapple sticky rice with coconut tapioca; perhaps could have been a bit deeper/layered but good for its role as a dessert wine pairing.
