Thursday, December 29, 2016 - This one had all the markers: tobacco, black cherry, cassis, spiced raspberry, and smoky with touches of earthy, cigar box, and a leathery backing, plus there's nice dark (85%) cocoa ... Great complexity and nicely layered. Franc really got the respect it deserves from Catena.
