Saturday, February 13, 2016 - Deep straw in color with a glint of gold. Nose of dried peaches and petrol. Tastes of ripe peaches, Cortland apples, and hint of limestone. Lovely acidity slightly outdoing the fruit. More primary than would expect for a 19 year old bottle, even from this sight and producer. Will easily drink well for another decade or more.
