Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Medium yellow in color. The nose is a bit mute, but this was quite fresh and lifted on the palate, especially given the ripe year. Light and airy; quite focused... but unfortunately short on the finish. A nice note of salt/slate peeps in. A lot of character here... very enjoyable.
