Monday, December 13, 2004 - Nose was dominated with sulfer upon opening. Revealed some light pear after 2hrs in the decanter. Full, viscuous texture showed promise but the lack of acid gave it a flabby overtone. Hope this is just too young and needs to flesh out yet.
