Friday, November 26, 2010 - Straw yellow. Open and generous honeyed nose with tropical fruits, flower blossom, peach and lime juice aromas. Intensely concentrated with dense flavour and great weight, yet fresh and balanced with lovely precision. The palate is ripe and long with honey, red apple, apricot, baked figs, lime and a hot slate minerality. Superb.
