Friday, May 10, 2024 - Soooo good. If you can picture sucking on a river stone that’s been dipped in the ocean, drenched with zesty lemon juice and then sprinkled with orchard fruits, then you’ve got a good idea of this beauty’s flavour profile. The acidity is punchy and focused but the wine has a brilliant lithe texture that provides absolutely no sharp edges. Killer juice. OK, so it’s not the most complex white burg, but it’s a seriously gluggable drink.
