Thursday, May 2, 2024 - Medium gold. Decently fresh for its age, still some grassy sauvignon blanc, sharp gooseberry. But overlaid now by beeswax, honey, almond and lots else. An almost oily texture. Long. Well into maturity now but still very enjoyable. A very good bottle, appropriate ageing/oxidation only in this one.
