Friday, May 3, 2024 - Opened as an emergency replacement for a 2018 Baudry Boissee that was punishingly youthful. This has graphite, chalky tannins and boysenberries. There are green peppers on the nose, but that fades into silky fruits on the palate.

This is not yet mature, but a joy to drink now. Perhaps another 5 to 10 years from peak?
