Thursday, October 26, 2023 - Medium ruby colour. Medium and youthful nose with ripe red cherry, almonds, black pepper, hay, licorice and violet. Medium taste of ripe red cherry, almonds, black pepper, hay and dried herbs. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Low tannins. Medium body. A very good Barbera d’Alba. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with duck, pork or veal.
