Sunday, April 21, 2024 - A deliciious sauvignon blanc made from fully ripened grapes. On the nose there are aromas of green apples and ripe pears. On the palate this wine has a full, round body with flavors of asian pear, lemon chiffon and thyme. There is some minerality. No cat-piss or gooseberry!
