Friday, July 28, 2023 - PnP (but better after 5-10 minutes), chilled. Reminiscent of the Loosen Bros. Dr. L Riesling, but not quite as enjoyable, and a couple of bucks more. A very light pale yellow. Just some minerality on the nose. The palate shows some peach, citrus and minerality, with a touch of apricot on the finish. All of this in a nicely off-dry style (Kabinett), with enough acidity to make it work. Should hold for several more years.
