Friday, July 28, 2023 - My second bottle consumed, of two purchased.

Delicious village Chablis, with obvious typicity. Much less oak influence than the bottle previously consumed. Time in bottle, or bottle variation? I have no idea, but this was truly appreciated by all at table.

Ready to go, but could be aged further....but why?

Really good. I wish I had more.
