Friday, June 24, 2022 - Beautiful light ruby colour, almost pink on the rim. Superb smells of red fruits, rose, mint, and clementines - wafts of Pinot noir. Medium body, beautifully crisp and a little chewy. Tried on pnp and not open yet, feels too young but really enjoyable. Light on tannins and what is there is fine and well balanced. This will be hard to keep for the 3+ years that it really needs to mellow out and have the fruit integrate with oak. This exemplifies why I love Nebbiolo. Graceful and then some.
