Tuesday, July 25, 2023 - Ruby red. After 3 hours of decant, the nose erupts with raspberry, mint, and white flowers. The palate is brisk, bright, grippy and acidic. Medium body, feels too early to open, but a delight to sip. The tannins are all over the place, but still nicely balanced. Will try to wait to try the next one, if not, then decant for at least 5 hours.
