Thursday, July 13, 2023 - From memory from lunch a few hours prior. No notes taken, we were enjoying lunch!

A complete panoply of exotic fruit scents and flavors, both orchard AND tropical. A quixotic combination of bombast and precision. Riotous in scope, yet totally balanced. Uh......wow!

Utterly alive, tons of life left.

Sweet, yet with a solid backbone of acidity. I wouldn't recommend desserts of assertive sugars.
