Friday, June 2, 2023 - Sushi Dinner at Hatsu (Hatsu): Blind. Popped in the morning and left in the bottle. Pronounced notes of rose, tar, red cherry. High acid on the palate with fine tannins ending with long finish. Called out Nebbiolo and then Barbaresco due to the aromas and the lighter touch. Others were guessing Grenache but it didnt have the sweetness associated.
