Friday, April 21, 2023 - Fantastic. Light gold in color. Lemon/lime citrus galore with a touch of petrol and plenty of slate minerality. Perfect balance of RS and searing acidity. In a great place now and certain to remain there for years to come.
Perfect companion to pork and a grouping of banchan.
