Thursday, March 9, 2023 - Coravin fun - European Riesling (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of green over red apple, slight pear, a little sulphur prickle, opens with time to show a touch of custard apple. Medium plus intensity acidity, apples and pears, residual sugar acid balance make the crunchy fruit 'pop' on the palate, all travel long. Best tasting of this. Yum.
