Sunday, March 19, 2023 - A wine of breed and class. Light gold. Somewhat muted nose of citrus and marine notes. Lemon and minerals on the acidic palate, although balanced by a lightly oaky presence. This is a very balanced wine, judiciously well made, albeit one that is more Chablis in temperament than in typicity. I have two more, and I'm in no hurry to consume them.
