Saturday, October 1, 2022 - No decant. Medium garnet, small but distinct clear meniscus at the rim. On the first sip, some sweet cherry, but lots of tar and mineral takes over. Good acidity shows, it really sings with cheese. Some drying tannins on the finish are noticeable, especially on day 2. Have 6, thought it time to try.
