Saturday, October 1, 2022 - Deep, dark, brooding. Not a fruit bomb. Many savory, stemmy notes.
Decanted all day long prior to dinner, and it needed it!
One left, and I'm not touching it for 5 years, at least.
Drank in conjunction with a WA syrah. It was fun to compare and contrast.
