Sunday, September 25, 2022 - Lemon, peach, minerals. Moderate acidity. Many comments stating high RS but I don’t get that - I find this to be focused and balanced. Great with food or by itself. Still too young - continued to improve as it got air, but I didn’t have time for a proper decant.
