Saturday, September 3, 2022 - Decanted for around three hours and then drunk (blind) alongside the 2016 Pora Reserve. For me the straight one came out on top but it has to be said, both wines were singing even this young. This felt like the sharper and more defined wine - more approachable young I feel. Seved in a large bowl of a glass, this is the finest straight Produttori I have had and the most resolved tannins you will find in a young Nebbiolo. Excellent wine that will surely age well but is ready for business now too.
