Saturday, February 24, 2018 - 5oz glass from Coravin. Wow, what an amazing wine. Still just a baby at 12 years old. Nose shows the most age, with cassis, kirsch, and earth. Red fruit, tobacco and spice flavors. Tannins are very fine but quite present. Acid is still lively as well. Just a lovely wine with tons of evolution left.
