  February 25, 2024 - surprisingly dark in color, with some bricking at the edge, but remarkably dark. At first, I thought this corked, but must have been funk as it blew off after a couple minutes. Nose is still somewhat muted, but shows black plum, leather, roses. Great acidity, a full round mouthfeel, good body and depth. Very nice

  February 16, 2021 - My last bottle, and it is excellent. About 150 ml of sediment left in the bottle after decanting so stand this upright before opening. Still ruby red at the core but with substantial bricking. The nose is lovely with a bit of rose and VA and the palate is showing full maturity with mushrooms, dried cherries, and almost no tannin. This was best right after opening and faded somewhat after 4 hours in the decanter.
