July 25, 2021 - 第三天喝，嗅觉中有柑橘、青苹果等核果和一些热带果的味道，表现平稳，香气很旷阔，有很多矿，表现温润，有点像表面有磨砂质地的鹅卵石。入口时分，整体已经打开了，结构大，能够占据整个口腔，风格圆润温醇，酸度融合在酒中，搭配通体的微咸，很温润。集中度也不错。果味不太多但很正，以柑橘和苹果为主。酚类物质多，舌面酥麻感强。矿物呈包裹感，圆而磨砂，有比较质朴的灰色调，像是存在感强而不强的鹅卵石，有一种质朴的美感，收尾较长。
