May 19, 2022 - nose: white flowers and lemon
taste: lightning strike of lemon! acid! great mouthfeel, sort of like lemonade of the gods. tiny bit of sweetness makes it versatile, this actually stood up well too ribs!
excited to make this a go too summer wine!
