Une fois de plus, l'équilibre magique des vins du domaine a frappé lors du dernier réveillon, sur une buche au yuzu et citron de Hugo & Victor, absolument délicieuse.
Nez sur le cédrat et la mandarine, bouche acidulée, tendue, salivante et infiniment longue.
Le verre restant, dégusté ce soir, n'avait pas bougé d'un iota.
Les vins de ce domaine ont vraiment un équilibre sucre/acidité particulier, qui les met pour moi au panthéon des vins allemands.
