October 15, 2021 - 气味很熟，带着很重的贵腐味，除了熟果、果脯和果干之外，还有比较多的蜂蜜果脯味，一开始带有一些贵腐带来的塑料味，以及些许消毒水的味道，随着杯中醒酒，慢慢会散掉，带一些矿物。入口，酸甜比较均衡，结构比较大，但是有点“笨重”和粗粝，果味熟，成熟桃杏苹果，带有果脯，蜂蜜和焦糖味，中后段有些许椰枣和枸杞根的味道，略带矿物和绿草本。还是需要陈年才能打开。91-92/100

November 1, 2020 - 气味稍显收敛，一点水果橡皮糖，带有柑橘、菠萝和黄桃的味道，比较明亮，中后段有绵绵沙沙的椰枣味，后段有燧石烟雾和矿物有硬朗的线条，表现沉稳，略带绿植。入口很干净，整体比较丰满沉稳，酸度较高，细腻地渗透在酒里，把整个甜度包住了并支撑起整个甜味，不太突出，无过无不及。果味整体感比较强而圆润，沉稳，偏柑橘熟苹果，在口腔中表现出均衡的效果，后段有点带着微微泥泞的枸杞根、椰枣和奶油，余味较长。91-92/100
