July 12, 2023 - Super approachable pop and pour. Nothing stood out, very good balance. Did not take any other notes.

June 24, 2023 - Based on this showing, I think we can very safely conclude that this 17 is not going to shut down and is simply going to be great to drink anytime. While between more hyped vintages (15,19,20,21 etc) this particular Prum has really everything going for it . The acidity is electric, but not overly so, allowing the classic Mosel slate and green apple to strut their stuff. Sweetness seems between a classic Kabinett and Spat, but I think its an asset as to its ability to pair with damn near anything food wise, or just sipping by the pool. Lovely stuff and well priced compared to current vintages post 2019.

February 18, 2023 - From magnum. Glorious and young, green apple with honey and hints of diesel. White flowers. Textbook Mosel.

December 31, 2022 - Much the same as my last note. Green apple and soft lemon, cut grass, medium high acidity. Slightly more rounded than my last note. Very nice.

September 20, 2022 - This wine has gotten better over 2 years. Pretty nose of lemons and honey. It is off dry but not as noticeably sweet. The acidity is so balanced now. Tasty with panko crusted shrimp and kimchi. It pairs so well with spicy Asian food.
