November 4, 2004 - Lots of spices and ginger. this is already almoust dry - just a hint of sugar left. Anyone who thinks these wines are mature must be kidding though. half a glass was left in the fridge over night... in the morning - WOW .. the balance and the sheer cleansing power - who needs orange juice?
