March 19, 2022 - This needed about 40-50 minutes of air to come to. Petrol and honeyed stone fruits with herbs and a slight smokiness to it. Peach, tangerine, dill, tarragon. On the palate it’s medium + in body, but with nuanced and delicate flavours. Barely off dry at this point. AP 07 94

July 16, 2021 - The 1993 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett is drinking in its prime today, offering up a complex melange of pear, tart pineapple, honeycomb, crisp stone fruit, vanilla pod and pastry cream. Medium to full-bodied, concentrated and incisive, with a textural attack that segues into a deep, focussed core, it's long, penetrating and sapid.

July 8, 2015 - Lovely juice. Still balanced with lush fruit and acid. Short on the finish, but delicious to drink now. Really shined paired with quail with orange and sesame.
