June 22, 2014 - Through the aerator into the glass for 1 hour. In the glass: Deep garnet, brown tint, fat legs. On the nose: Hot rosebushes, smoke, dark fruit, whiff of butter. In the mouth: Med. mouth feel, ok concentration, light dry tannins, weenzy bitter on the ok finish. Meh, not bad, but I expect more from a Willamette Valley Pinot.
