  Peach, lime, mango, smoke. Mineral aspects are more obvious on first taste. Clean and pure palate, with low to moderate acid. So fresh and attractive. Youthful and primary but delicious now.

  11/2/23, 10:08 PM - That’s quite possible Peter! I kind of expected more acid at this youthful stage though. Having said that, it was super balanced and a delicious drink!
