  Maybe THE BEST bottle of Fourmeaux white I've ever had. Pnp'd at CoopersHawk for dinner with family. There's immediate thick/creamy viscosity, lemon curd, vanilla on the palate. So rich and inviting.....etherial nose of white flowers and citrus. Awesome.....went very well with the pistachio encrusted grouper.....

  Great from the pnp.....fragrant white flowers, a hint of butterscotch, a touch of oak and citrus. Palate is medium weight and just a slight tad creamy. This is royalty.....comes across better chilled than at room temp where it can trend a little to the flat side. The acidic backbone is wonderful and carries the wine to a great end point. So important to know how these animals play out to get the very best of them! My mouth is still watering after swallowing for 30-45 seconds.....goes great with a chicken Caesar salad with spicy artisanal garlic......borders on a 95.
