Monday, May 6, 2024 - Two hour decant at home then back into the clean, dry bottle to take to CoopersHawk with family. Slow ox'd at the table for 2 more hours. Blueberry on the nose with florals and red fruit also. Savory compounds on the palate. Nicely complex yet clean and simple in a way at the same time? I guess, good focus is the theme.....it's a beauty. Andrew's fav of the night. Mine, too.
