There are no general issues on the site. There are no errors in our logs for you. When I look at our edge logs for your IP address, there are no blocks or other security events. This is clearly a networking issue of some sort. And in fact the message you are receiving is indicative of that. Do you only reproduce this on one network? e.g. at home or at work? Presumably over wifi? The next step is to run a tool like WinMTR (or a similar Mac utility) to do 1000 repeated traceroutes to www.cellartracker.com. It is likely an ISP issue, and this will show packet loss somewhere.
