My Grade: VG+. Very acidic at first, but transformed with 3 hours air. Deep black cherry color, complex nose of cherries, plums, cassis, menthol, black pepper, earth, slight funk. Rounded and smooth on the palate with plums, blue-black fruit, silky tannins, not much structure, medium, juicy, finish. Not so exciting, but pleasant and very drinkable.

We really liked it! A good bouquet, a little loamy/musty, but good fruit aroma. The taste was nice fruit forward, with lots of acid and tannin, and a nice lingering finish. I'd drink it again any time.

- Brick color with medium forming legs and aromas of black pepper. It's overly acidic and has flavours of acetic acid, black pepper and moldy with a medium body. Coarse texture with a medium finish.
