  • Extremely pale straw colour; one of the palest white wines I've ever seen. Nose of tropical fruit salad: lychee, mango, passionfruit. But there's some zesty citrus, a little bit of white peach, and some freesia more faintly. Very complex and aromatic nose.

All the promised fruit (especially passionfruit which dominates, followed by lychee) with excellent acidity and good structure and mouthfeel to back it up - this is vividly fruity yet still properly dry, and coats the mouth a bit more than the average SB. Not viscous, but wonderfully tangible. The finish is lengthy, showing off the citrus and substantial, almost chalky minerality - it's also super zesty. One of the best SBs I've ever had, I recommend drinking it by itself to fully appreciate it.
