Light yellow, fine bead. 65% Pinot noir and 35% Chardonnay from 2017,18,19. Fresh fine citrus and light touch of yeast. Ripe and round fruit (malolactic). Balanced medium high acidity.

(Disgorged in 2022, 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay from Mailly, dosage 8 gr/L) Pleasant nose showing baked bread, popcorn and a hint of tutti-fruitiness in nice and pleasant way. Colourful palate with pleasant red apples acidity with a lengthy plums bitterness on the finish. Nice intensity and fruitfulness in a very pleasant way. (Probably best with 1-5 years extra cellaring)
