  • Typiquement Américain même après 15 ans en cave, sur le bois, nez sur de fraises en confitures et on y goûte le fut de chêne neuf, la vanille, encore juste assez présente, équilibré et structuré. On y retrouve le savoir faire de Styker qui fut acheté par Foley en 2016, souvenir d’un voyage en californie en 2010. J’aime, pas décevant, toujours beaucoup de goût et d’arômes d’un Cabernet Sauvignon bien fait et bien mûr! Dommage, une seule bouteille, Caymus ne fait pas mieux!

    Typically American even after 15 years in the cellar, on wood, nose on strawberries in jams and we taste the new oak barrel, the vanilla, still just enough present, balanced and structured. We find there the know-how of Styker which was bought by Foley in 2016, memory of a trip to California in 2010. I like, not disappointing, always a lot of taste and aromas of a well-made and well-made Cabernet Sauvignon. Wall! Too bad, only one bottle, Caymus does not do better!

  • Aromas of cedar and tobacco. Wood and some vanilla flavors. Good balance, mellow tannins, nice finish, but at this point no fruit left. The wine doesn't appear or tastes oxidized.
