Just gorgeous raspberry jam and pepper on the nose. We were concerned that this wine from Ridge's old Cabernet Program might be over the hill, but it has aged beautifully, with a wonderful, extended finish, well defined fruit, and beautifully integrated oak. It's really a New World wine, though, with lush fruit after 20 years.
