Forward ripe fruity aroma. A little hot on the palate. Very fruity, but too sweet. Fruity flavors are lacking complexity and delicacy. Not crisp. Gets worse after 3 hours.

Some nice secondary flavors are coming through but the wine is still a bit hot. If the alcohol was down around 15% it would be a much better wine.

If I wanted port I'd buy it. I love Martinelli's Zins and have been buying them for 17 years. But this one is not even for me.
