  Tasted unblinded at the Vintage Wines, Ltd. wine bar. Bright disc. Medium-to-deep ruby robe with red rim. Clean nose, showing moderately intense aromas of black plum, brier, vanilla and black cherry. Medium-bodied on the palate, with light sweet tannins, good acidity and similar flavors as for the nose. The evolution hollows a bit and is resurrected in a somewhat terse finish.
