Light yellow color. A bit of lemon cream and matchstick on this scent. Really nice balance. Light bodied, Acidity resolving. Very pretty flavor of lemon, and matchstick finishing long on flavor with a touch of skin tannin closing the finish. A ringer for premier cru white burgundy. Very enjoyable.

PNP. Medium yellow color. The nose shows tropical fruit, honey, apple cider and spice. Borderline advanced based on the nose. The palate is deep and rich with sneaky, lemony acidity, high glycerol mouthfeel without coming across as cloying.

Best showing of a Rhys Chard yet.... popped and poured, was very good, decanted for two hours and it was singing. Sweet fruit, lots of complexity and a clean crisp finish. Color was very amber, aging beautifully! Bravo

Last bottle, drinking very well. Generous with matchstick / white Burg characteristics.

Drinking great, like an aged Burgundy. This is one of the few Rhys chardonnays I have had that has reached its potential.
