Not your typical Ceritas Pinot Noir. While it still has the translucent color that is signature to Ceritas, don’t let the color fool you. This is a deep and brooding new world Pinot Noir with rich and exotic primary fruit. Tannin and acidity is consistent with Ceritas wine making. Hmm… what will this taste like in 5 more years? I will let you know in 2029.
