Lime juice, lime juice, and mineral. Racy acidity a bit harsh and hot. Medium viscosity. Maybe hint of other fruit. Several others with same notes. Best in summer.

Similar as prior note. I served w guests and interestingly they were not so into it. (More for me!). Not any critique of the wine, just a different style. Anyways I’m a fan

This was sneaky good for me. At first blush seemed pretty straightforward and easy drinking with just a hint of residual sugar. But there was also a nice range of flavors here, including tropical fruits and the “petrol” found in rieslings.

Tatomer wines tasting + some others (Oinoscent): 8% botrytis, 6gr/lt, fermentation and aging in stainless steel, 20% malo, 12 months in tank and then another 12 months in bottle, 380 cases -/- Low to medium intensity, green notes, fruity and herbal, palate with nerve, lime, juicy, a happy wine, 12%, some petrol notes, lip-smacking acidity, light body, medium finish. A joy to drink
