Really interesting nose with citrus, tangerine, minerals, and a bit of dried flowers. It's quite fragrant and has a slight natural feel to it. The acidity is quite high with lots of minerals, lemon flavors, more tangerine, and citrus zest on the palate. Nice finish. A lovely wine, high energy, and delicious to drink now. It should also age well. 93++

Super fresh and mega reductive on the nose; roasted sesame and fireworks, preserved lemon, pineapple, quince, tangerine, dried apricot, ripe peach, lime peel, syruped yuzu, brioche, fresh whipped butter, white flowers, a hint of “VA paint” and Asian pickles. Wet, stony minerality. Medium+ body, feels a bit off-dry (closer to dry…) with a mild grippy touch and an extreme, mega, mega acidity (LOVE IT !). Sweet and sour lemon, whitecurrant, sour gooseberry, pineapple, ripe nectarine, honey, pickled ginger, roasted sesame, “applecider vinegar VA” and a touch of salt in the finish.
Absolutely insane wine. Intense with its aggressive acidity, but I’m a sucker for that. In some way still in balance. Like pressing a sugar-coated lemon directly into your mouth.

Quite the revelation. Natural wine stink. Incredible energy and tension displayed.
